Your response to this survey will help leaders of non-profit organizations learn how to engage people of faith more effectively in charitable work.
We want to understand how religious beliefs influence attitudes about the future of humanity. So, if you are atheist or agnostic, this survey will not likely feel relevant to you.
You might want to grab a cup of your favorite beverage, this is a relatively detailed questionnaire that may take 30-40 minutes to complete. Some of the questions involve complex theological issues that may require some time for reflection. Your thoughtful responses will be very helpful to charity leaders, so do the best you can. But don’t worry; there’s no grade and your responses are confidential. And “I don’t know” is a perfectly valid answer.
We will not share your information with anyone outside the small handful of people directly involved with data gathering and analysis.
